We have three different pistol ranges suitable for air pistols, airsoft and BB guns, giving you a choice of shooting distances and target styles from 5 to 40 yards.
Looking for an air pistol club or somewhere to practise air pistol shooting in Leicestershire? You do not need to join a club to use our ranges, simply pre-book your range, bring your own equipment and enjoy your shooting session.

Our 17 and 25 Yard Pistol Ranges combine wind-out paper target systems with reactive plinking targets, while our dedicated 40 Yard Pistol Range offers four covered shooting positions and a huge variety of reactive targets for a fun and challenging shooting session.
Our 17 Yard Pistol Range has two dedicated shooting lanes positioned within the covered
90 Yard Air Rifle Range building.
Each lane has a tracked wind-out paper target system, allowing you to adjust the paper target distance from the firing point. There is also a selection of reactive plinking targets positioned between 5 and 17 yards.
This pistol range is ideal for close-range practice, improving accuracy and consistency, or enjoying a relaxed pistol shooting session.
Our 25 Yard Pistol Range has two dedicated shooting lanes positioned within the covered
80 Yard Air Rifle Range building.
Each lane has a wind-out paper target system, allowing you to adjust the target distance from the firing point. There is also a selection of reactive plinking targets positioned between 5 and 25 yards.
With the additional distance, this range is ideal for practising accuracy and consistency at longer ranges while still giving you plenty of options for closer-range pistol shooting and plinking.
Our dedicated 40 Yard Pistol Range has four shooting lanes with fully covered standing positions, allowing you to shoot comfortably in a wide range of weather conditions.
This is a dedicated plinking range rather than a zeroing range, with hundreds of targets positioned from 10 to 40 yards. Targets vary in size, shape and difficulty, including bells, gongs, steel plates and a variety of other reactive challenge targets.
The range is suitable for air pistols, airsoft guns and BB guns, whether you want to practise your accuracy, trigger control, challenge yourself at longer distances, time yourself on some steel plate challenge drills or simply enjoy a varied and entertaining plinking session.
If you shoot both air rifle and air pistol, you can book separate rifle and pistol lanes and move between the two booked ranges during your session.
• Pre-book your pistol / airsoft lane through our online booking system.
• On your first visit, you will need to watch our safety induction video and complete your induction.
• Bring your own air pistol, airsoft gun and equipment, as equipment hire is not available for standard range hire.
• Arrive for the start of your booked session and sign in before shooting.
• Follow all range safety procedures throughout your session.
This is a self-managed shooting range, so all users share responsibility for helping to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Air pistols must be under 6 ft-lbs.
• Airsoft / BB guns must be 6mm or smaller.
• You must remain on the pistol range you have booked for the duration of your session.
• Maximum of 2 people per lane, sharing 1 gun.
• All new visitors must complete the safety induction.
• All range safety rules and procedures must be followed.
• £10 per lane for a 2-hour session. Your session starts promptly at the time booked through our online booking system. Your induction fee is included in your lane fee.
• You may share your lane with one additional person, with one gun shared between two people. The additional person will need to complete the induction, which costs £10, plus £3 to accompany you on the lane.
• Payment is cash on the day only. We currently do not have card facilities onsite.
We require at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend your booked session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will still be payable.

Our Air Pistol and Airsoft Ranges are located in the National Forest, North West Leicestershire, close to the Derbyshire border and easily accessible from across the East Midlands. With three different ranges, shooting distances from 5 to 40 yards, paper target facilities and a wide variety of reactive targets, they provide a purpose-built environment for air pistol shooting, airsoft practice and recreational plinking.
