Air Rifle Range Hire in the National Forest – Bring Your Own Equipment Looking for a safe, well-maintained place to shoot your air rifle, air pistol, or airsoft gun? Welcome to Field Sport Airgun Range, a purpose-built, self-managed shooting venue located in Newbold, Coleorton, North West Leicestershire. We offer airgun range hire, we do not have memberships, no club politics, just quality time on the range.

Our Ranges

• 80 Yard Covered Plinking Range • 90 Yard Zeroing Range (targets from 20–90 yards) • 40 Yard Pistol & Airsoft Range • Pistol Ranges • Woodland Course – 15 lanes, 30 targets (ideal for HFT/FT practice) • Archery Range Hire - with targets at 16yards and 26 yards More info on each range can be found Here Most ranges are undercover and equipped with purpose-built shooting benches and a wide variety of targets for all abilities.

Pricing

• £10 per lane for 2 hours, which starts promptly at the time you booked on our online booking system. Your induction fee is included in your lane fee. • You may share a lane with one additional person (1 gun between two people). They will need to complete the induction, which costs £10 and for them to accompany you on your lane it will be an additional cost of £3 • Payment is cash on the day only (no card facilities)

How it Works

• You Must Pre Book your lane, online • On your first visit you will watch our safety induction video (renewed every April) • Bring your own equipment (no hire available) • Check out our have a go sessions for dates to use our equipment • Arrive at your booked time, sign in, and shoot • Follow all safety procedures • If you would prefer to come and see the ranges before you book, not a problem at all, however we ask that you call 07973115769 during our opening hours to arrange a time when a member of staff can show you around. This is a self-managed range, so all users share responsibility for keeping the environment safe.

Important Information

• Air rifles must be under 12 ft-lbs • You must stay on the range you have booked • Maximum of 2 people per lane (1 gun shared) • New visitors must complete an induction

• Free parking • Toilets onsite • Air tank filling service (24-hour turnaround) • Pellets and paper targets available to purchase We do have a selection of snacks and hot/cold drinks, available on the weekends. You are also more than welcome to bring your own food/drinks, and just 1.5 miles down the road is a service station with a McDonalds, Greggs, KFC and Starbucks if you wish to grab a bite or coffee on route to us, we just ask that you take all litter away with you. We also have a selection of paper targets, pellets and other sundries to purchase however it is cash only, no card facilities on site.

Services Offered

Airgun Setup (including zeroing) - £30 (Please contact the office to book in your air gun) Individual Air Rifle/ Air Pistol Training Lesson - 1 Hour 30 Mins - £40 (Please contact the office for a quotation for multiple people) Air Tank Refills (300 BAR Only) - Must be in test date. Under 3L : £5, 4-6L : £6, 6.5-7L : £7.50, 8-12L+ : £10, We have a 24 hour turn around time on tank refills. Extra Surcharge of £2 if filled from empty. If you have not completed our induction, you will need to pay an additional £2 extra for tank refills.

• Closed: Monday & Tuesday • Wednesday – Friday: 9am – 3pm • Late night Thursdays (in the spring & summer) • Saturday: 9am – 3pm (extended hours in the spring & summer) • Sunday: 9am – 1pm All visits must be pre-booked. Cash payments only (no card facilities)
