1. OUR COMMITMENT Field Sport Ranges is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors, while recognising that we operate within a rural outdoor woodland setting. We aim to make reasonable adjustments where possible and encourage anyone with specific accessibility requirements to contact us in advance of their visit. 2. SITE ENVIRONMENT The centre is located in a rural outdoor setting and includes: Uneven ground Grass, gravel and natural surfaces Woodland pathways Covered shooting areas As a rural site, step-free access may not be available in all areas. 3. PARKING Free on-site parking is available. Parking surfaces may include gravel or grass depending on conditions. Visitors with mobility or accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact us before their visit so we can discuss the most suitable parking and access options. 4. RANGE ACCESS Everyone must watch or listen to the relevant range safety video before taking part. We will make reasonable adjustments to range access where it is safe and practicable to do so. Assistance animals are welcome where it is safe to accommodate them. They must be kept on a lead and have appropriate insurance. Due to the nature of the activities, users must be able to safely control and handle their equipment. 5. SUPPORT & SUPERVISION Visitors requiring assistance are welcome to attend with a support person. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss the most suitable arrangements. Under 18s must always be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 21 years. We are happy to discuss individual accessibility requirements prior to booking. 6. WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY We aim to make our website clear and easy to use on both desktop and mobile devices. We aim to use clear language and provide contact details for visitors who require further assistance. If you experience difficulty accessing information on our website, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format where reasonably possible. 7. HEALTH & SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS For safety reasons, all users must: Follow the relevant range rules and STOP SHOOTING procedures. Be able to safely manage their equipment. Comply with the shared responsibilities of our self-managed ranges. We reserve the right to refuse participation where safety may be compromised. 8. REQUESTING ADJUSTMENTS We encourage visitors to contact us before booking if they have mobility requirements, require additional support or would like to discuss access to a particular range or area of the site. We will always try to make reasonable adjustments where it is safe and practicable to do so, taking into account the rural nature of the site and the activities taking place.
