Throughout the year, we run a selection of Have A Go activity sessions designed for people who would like to try a new activity without needing to own any equipment.

All equipment and instruction are included, making these sessions ideal for complete beginners or anyone who would like to try an activity before deciding whether to take it up as a hobby.

Our Have A Go Archery sessions are ideal for complete beginners or anyone thinking about taking up archery and wanting to try it before buying their own equipment.
• 1-hour instructed archery session

• Spectators are not permitted due to space
£ per person for Field Sport customers who have completed our April 2026 air rifle or archery induction.
£ per person if you have not completed one of our 2026 inductions.
Payment is cash on the day only. We currently do not have card facilities onsite.
All sessions must be pre-booked. We require at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will still be payable.

Our Have A Go sessions are specifically designed for people who do not have their own equipment or would like to try an activity for the first time.
All the equipment you need for the session is provided, along with instruction to help you get started safely and confidently.
