1. ELIGIBILITY TO SHOOT 1.1 All shooters must: Be legally permitted to possess and use an airgun in the UK Not be a prohibited person under Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968 Use only legal airguns/airsoft (max 12 ft/lb rifles, 6 ft/lb pistols) 1.2 We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone we reasonably believe does not meet legal requirements. 2. SELF-MANAGED RANGE OPERATION 2.1 The range operates on a self-managed basis. There is no dedicated range officer. 2.2 All users share responsibility for safety and must: Follow published rules and procedures Challenge unsafe behaviour Comply with STOP SHOOTING protocol 2.3 The owners retain authority to: Stop shooting Remove individuals Close the range where safety requires 3. STOP SHOOTING PROCEDURE Any shooter may initiate STOP SHOOTING. Each range has a set procedure. 4. AGE RESTRICTIONS & SUPERVISION 4.1 Under 18s must: Be supervised at all times by a responsible adult Comply fully with range rules 4.2 The supervising adult is responsible for: The junior’s behaviour Safe handling of equipment 5. BRING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT (BYOE) 5.1 Shooters must provide their own legal airguns and equipment. 5.2 Equipment must: Be lawful Be safe and well maintained Be transported in a suitable case 5.3 We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or inappropriate equipment. 6. RANGE CONDUCT All users must: Treat every gun as loaded Keep muzzles pointed downrange Keep fingers off triggers until aiming at the target Check their lane is safe before use Clean their lane after use and leave it in a safe condition The following are strictly prohibited: Alcohol or drugs Reckless or unsafe behaviour Handling guns behind the firing line Use of illegal or modified equipment Unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund. 7. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT 7.1 All sessions must be pre-booked. 7.2 Bookings are confirmed upon payment. 7.3 Prices may change without notice but confirmed bookings will be honoured. 8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 8.1 Customer cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the session Less than 24 hours’ notice is non-refundable and payable on your next visit. 8.2 We may cancel due to: Unsafe weather Site issues Safety concerns In such cases, a reschedule will be offered. 9. WEATHER POLICY The range operates outdoors. Sessions will only be cancelled if conditions are unsafe. 10. LIABILITY 10.1 Shooting sports carry inherent risk. Participation is at your own risk. 10.2 We are not responsible for: Loss or damage to personal equipment Injury resulting from failure to follow instructions 10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. 11. RETAIL SALES 11.1 Retail items are sold in accordance with UK law. 11.2 Age verification may be required. 11.3 Consumable goods may only be returned if faulty or unopened. 12. SAFEGUARDING 12.1 Children must be supervised at all times. 12.2 Any safeguarding concerns will be acted upon immediately. 13. DATA PROTECTION Personal data is processed in accordance with our Data Protection Policy and UK GDPR. 14. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE We reserve the right to: Refuse entry Terminate sessions Refuse future bookings Where behaviour or safety standards are not met. 15. CHANGES TO TERMS These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version will apply at the time of booking
